Q. How do I place my order?

Q. What about privacy and security?
A. Please read our privacy statement.
The information we collect for order processing or from inquiries
is NOT shared with any other company. Your information is only used
to contact you when necessary. Credit Card information is only used
to bill you for products and services ordered.
Our secure shopping cart uses the latest Secure Server Technology.
Your order is submitted and retrieved with a secure connection to
our server and remains secure at all times.
Q. What if I want to change something on my order after I've
placed it or approved the final proof?
A. You may make changes to such things as shipping method, the
shipping address or to add more shirts. Please note that some changes
cannot be made after certain stages in the production process -
for instance, the artwork or sizes cannot be changed once your job
has been printed.
Q. How long does it take for me to get the artwork proof of
my job?
A. Once you have placed your order, you should get it within 24-48
hours after we receive your electronic files or faxed sketch.
Q. How fast can I get my order?
A. Most orders are printed and shipped within 1-7 business days,
after artwork approval. Also add the shipping days required by the
shipper to deliver to your address. We also offer an express service
(see below).
Q. Do you offer Rush Delivery?
A. Yes. We offer Express Delivery for an additional fee. Choose
the Express Delivery option when ordering your t-shirts, or call
us if you have already ordered and wish to upgrade your shipping
to express. We can ship USPS Express, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx
or UPS 2-day air. Contact us about how we can help speed up your
order processing.
Q. Are there Set-Up Charges?
A. No. We do not charge any setup fees. The price listed
is the total price with no hidden extras, except tax if you are
located in Texas and near EXACT shipping costs.
Q. I've tried to make an order on-line and it seems to have
gone wrong, what do I do?
A. Don't panic! Simply call 1-888-293-8810 to order. With
fast changing technologies and a wide range of different browser
versions strange things do sometimes happen even on the best Web
sites. You may also send us an e-mail with full details of what
has happened and we will investigate.
Q. Can I return my order if I don't like it and get my money
back?
A. Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. Please read our Return
Policy for more details.
Q. Are the shirts going to shrink?
A. All t-shirts are preshrunk. Even preshrunk shirts will shrink
slightly, but not enough to really notice.
Q. How do I launder these shirts?
A. Turn the shirt inside out and wash it in cold water. We do not
recommend ironing over the decoration on any printed garment. If
you choose to iron over the design, turn the shirt inside out and
only use a cool iron and don't leave the iron there too long!
Q. What quality of shirt do you use?
A. All designs are printed onto high quality branded T-shirts.

weight of the T-shirts we supply are between 5.4 and 5.6 oz - the
high standard for retail t-shirts.
Q: We are looking for a shirt style that is not listed on your
website... can you get it for us?
A. No. To streamline our service and offer the lowest prices, we
only print standard white t-shirts. We do not print any other types
of shirts or items.
Q: Will the inks wash out or crack?
A. No! We use the most vibrant and durable inks on the market today.
Our inks become softer after a few washes, and stay permanent for
generally the life of the shirt.

A. Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, Anvil, Jerzees, Gildan and many more.

Q. Can I have a different shirt sizes on my order?
A. Yes, you can mix and match shirt sizes.
Q. Can I have different colored shirts?
A. No. To streamline our service and offer the lowest prices, we
only print standard white t-shirts.
Q. Can you print on children's T-shirts?
A. No. We only print on adult shirts sizes Small, Medium, Large,
X-Large and XX-Large.
Q: Can you print more than 48 t-shirts?
A. Yes, we can print however many you want. More than 48 shirts
will require a custom quote. Please call us for more information
at 1-888-293-8810.
Q: Can you print only one shirt or provide an actual sample?
A. No and Yes. We do not print single t-shirts. We do provide sample
print swatches to see our quality first hand. To order a swatch

Q. How many changes may I ask for when getting free graphic
design?
A. We aim to keep our customers satisfied and we will make changes
until you agree to the results. All revisions are counted towards
the free graphic design time. Please be sure you describe initially
exactly what you want in as much detail as possible to eliminate
the need for multiple revisions.
Q. What if I don't like any of initial graphic designs?
A. We have a very good success rate for creating designs that our
customers like. If for some reason you do not like the artwork we
create (either for free or for a cost), then you have no obligation
to buy the artwork or printed t-shirts.
Q. What if I have my own idea for the custom t-shirt graphic?
A. Any idea that may help our designer create a graphic to your
satisfaction can be provided to us. Please be sure you describe
exactly what you want in as much detail as possible to eliminate
the need for multiple revisions.
Q. Can you redo my existing graphic design?
A. Yes. We prefer to have the original file format, which will speed
up the work time considerably. Otherwise we may need to do extensive
reworking to make the design usable. We prefer Illustrator or other
vector formats.
Q. Who keeps rights to your free graphic design?
A. Shirt Shark retains all the rights to our free graphic design
artwork. We simply allow you to use it for free on the t-shirts
we print for you. Customers can reuse the graphics with permission
in other mediums. You retain rights to all artwork which you may
provide.
Q. How do I send Art work?

Q. How many colors can artwork have?
A. Unlimited colors and gradients. Our unique printing process
offers high resolution prints.
Q: Do you require artwork for PC's or Macintosh?
A. We accept both! Send us artwork on 3.5" floppy, Zip, CD,
or email to: art@ShirtShark.com
Q: Which file types are acceptable as camera ready artwork?
A. We accept files from Illustrator 9.0, Freehand 8.0, Photoshop
6, and CorelDraw 10. JPEG and GIF files are not acceptable as camera
ready. We prefer original files for doing updates or revisions to
already created designs.
Q: How should we setup the digital art files?
A. We prefer that all supplied files be in vector form. Fonts converted
to paths (curves).
Q: What is the maximum imprint size?
A. Sleeve or pocket prints sized at 4" x 4" and Full
Front or Back Prints sized at 8" x 10.5". Larger print
sizes (8" x 13.5") are available for larger orders.
Q: Can you make changes to our existing artwork?
A. Yes! We offer general typesetting, touch-up and graphic services.
Additional charges may apply over the 1 hour free graphic service.
Q: What method of imprinting will be used?
A. All our custom t-shirt orders are imprinted using a revolutionary
new thermal imaging technology. It leaves a vibrant, full-color
image that is comfortable to wear and durable wash after wash.
Q: Will there be any additional art charges?
A. Usually not. On rare accosions it may be necessary to add an
additional charge for art time to clean up or color separate your
design. Any charges will be outlined before work is started. Our
graphic art time is billed at $75.00 per hour (beyond our free graphic
design services). You will be billed separately if art charges are
necessary.
Q: What if I want more than one print location?
A. We allow for more than one print location. You can have a small
print on the sleeve, back collar or front pocket. You can also have
two full-sized printed on both sides of the shirt. We will work
with you to print a t-shirt exactly how you want. Extra print locations
cost additional fees.
Q: Can I approve the art before you produce my job?
A. All art will be uploaded and assigned a URL. We will email you
the URL to view the image of your t-shirt design as a proof in any
graphical browser of your choice. We will go to production of your
goods only after you have approved the image.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard credit cards, personal
check, company check, money order and cashiers check. We do not
begin production on any order until we have payment. If an order
needs to be canceled once production is started we charge a 20%
RESTOCK fee.
