Shirt Shark offers a Satisfaction Guarantee and aims to make our customers happy with their order. We offer a no hassle, no questions asked return policy.

Customers can return a full custom printed order within 15 days of purchase. Simply return the t-shirts with the original paperwork and packaging within 15 days of receiving your order.

Process for returning merchandise

Please contact us regarding any returns. You can call or email us at Email Customer Service and we will provide the information you will need to process the return.

All returns must be referenced by an invoice number. There will be a 20% restocking fee. No return will be accepted on used or washed merchandise. T-shirts must be in new, unworn condition. Partial returns are not accepted. We do not refund any shipping costs.

We recommend sending the returned merchandise via UPS or Parcel Post. Insurance is recommended to cover any loss or damage by the carrier.
